We spent a lovely few days in Tampa celebrating Christmas with the Koehler side of the family. These days included a trip to Lowry Park Zoo, several nights out alone visiting with friends, going to a movie and eating a fabulous meal at Bern's Steakhouse. Let's not forget a wonderful Christmas Eve at the McWilliam's house and Christmas day at my parent's home with all the Tampa family. Great fun. Pictures to come.
This morning was the Christmas Performance at Brian's school. Brian was a "star" and helped sign Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and We wish you a Merry Christmas. After every song, Brian would yell out "clap mommy, clap!" Then he would run off the stage, hug me and say "I did it mommy. I did it." Then run back to the stage. It was great!!!
This Saturday morning was a beautiful day for a parade. Alexandra was in the parade this year with both the Mini-Mountaineers and her Daisy (girl scout) troop. Since Adam was the camera man and he was immobilized by crutches, the pictures are still wanting. The highlights of the parade included Alexandra on a float and doing a dance that she learned that morning, Of course there was Santa. Brian's second favorite (his first seeing Alexandra in the parade) was "Tow Mater" tow truck from Cars.
